1. What types of materials are your water bottles made from?

Our bottles are made from BPA-free plastic, durable borosilicate glass, and stainless steel for safe and long-lasting use.

2. Are your drinkware items dishwasher safe?

Most of our items are top-rack dishwasher safe. We recommend checking the product description for care instructions.

3. Do you offer eco-friendly packaging?

Yes, we use recyclable materials in our packaging whenever possible.

4. Can I place a bulk or wholesale order?

Yes! Please contact us directly for wholesale pricing and custom quotes.

5. Do you offer custom printing or personalization?

Currently, we do not offer personalization. However, we may consider custom orders in the future.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Shopify Payments.

7. How do I know if my order went through?

You’ll receive an order confirmation email shortly after checkout. If not, check your spam or promotions folder.

8. Can I cancel my order after it’s placed?

We process orders quickly, but if you contact us within 12 hours, we’ll do our best to cancel it before shipment.

9. What should I do if I receive a broken or defective item?

Please email us with photos and your order number within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll replace or refund your item.

10. Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

Yes, we ship to most APO/FPO military addresses. Please allow additional time for delivery.

11. How do I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll be happy to update the address.

12. Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, all products come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Contact us for any issues.

13. What happens if my package is lost?

If your tracking shows no movement for 7+ days, contact us and we’ll investigate or replace the shipment.

14. Can I choose a specific delivery date?

We currently do not support selecting delivery dates, but we aim to ship all orders promptly.

15. Are your glass products heat-resistant?

Yes, our glass bottles and cups are made from high-temperature resistant borosilicate glass.

16. Do you offer gift wrapping?

At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping, but our packaging is clean and presentable for gifting.

17. Can I use a discount code after I place an order?

Discount codes must be applied at checkout. We’re unable to apply them retroactively.

18. Where are your products shipped from?

We ship from our warehouse in Florida, USA.

19. Do you restock sold-out items?

Yes, we regularly restock popular items. You can sign up for restock alerts on the product page.
